About this event

Finding your own way of dealing with the challenges life throws at us, is key to being resilient and looking after our own well-being. Our increasingly busy lives can impact our capacity to be able to deal with these challenges.

In the current state of things in this world, with lockdowns, learning and working remotely, and isolation, everyone can feel an increase in our stress levels and stretch us to the limit when it comes to the future. In these moments, we can fall into habits that do not put us on the right path towards good health. This session will provide education and tips on how to keep your energy at an optimum level for longer.

We will be joined by Melanie Lansdown, accredited nutritionist who has a strong passion for helping women avoid the harsh impacts of burnout, and who holds a personal mission to help women live their best, healthiest lives. Melanie will share her own experience of burnout, and how she retrained her mind to move from a place of bad habits and mental wipe out and towards a place where she have more energy, clearer thoughts and balanced energy!

Her personal approach to nutrition is, in her own words, "eating to enjoy food and keeping it simple." She strongly believes in the need to slow down and simplify our processes to guide us back on the path to good health.
