Join me for 1 and 1/2 hours each Friday night over 6 consecutive weeks, starting in May, as we learn how to take 21 small steps to 'start over' for the last time.

$150 (6 X $25) + 9.34 processing fee - for the 6 nights

The 21 step rest program is designed by Nutritionalist, Cyndi O'Meara from 'Changing Habits'. We know that change can be difficult and that’s why our program has been designed as a series of 21 easy-to-follow steps, where I will be guiding you through each one over a 6-week period, helping you make solid, lifelong, positive changes.

You will be able to map your progress and along the way we’ll be checking in with you, providing tips and offering support. Join thousands of Australians who have successfully kick-started their health and vitality by simply following our 21 steps.

21 Step Reset

We DO have everything YOU need to succeed, learn:

  • How to understand labels and know what’s in the food you’re buying

  • The hidden traps at the supermarket

  • How food affects your mood and sleep

  • What nutritional support, minerals and vitamins your body is missing

  • How to create a lifestyle that supports health

  • Tracking calendar and daily progress charts

  • Meal plans, recipes and shopping lists

  • Ongoing support and much more

Each session will include:

  • ONE glass of Organic Wine, Organic Juice or Water Kefir upon arrival (please bring your own drinking glasses)

  • A presentation full of information to challenge your thinking and enhance your knowledge about health

  • A focus on wholefoods - what they are, how they're good for you & why you need them. We will select 1-3 different wholefoods to focus on each week

  • Cooking demonstration - let me show you how to cook one of the 'wholefoods in focus' for that week

  • Taste testing - yes you get to taste the wholefood used in our 'dish of the night' (eg. Dips, pestos, smoothies, raw slices, healthy cakes, curry pastes, healthy hot chocolate, berry chia puddings, slow cooked lamb shanks, healthy berry jelly, plus more)

  • Take home recipes to try

  • Option to purchase the wholefoods in focus - a link will be emailed to you on completion of each weekly session, enabling you to make an online purchase, the goods will be delivered to your door or alternatively you can simply purchase them from The Healthy Nut, East Devonport

  • Question time & support - one-on-one or small group discussions

  • Weekly challenge (it's gentle, don't worry) - You will be encouraged to complete a simple task throughout the coming week to apply what you have learned that evening

2. Arrive on time each evening – Each session will start at 7pm sharp, so for all who arrive before 7pm each Friday night, your name will go into the draw to win a FREE 40 min AromaTouch Therapy Session with Chelsea, a qualified Aromatouch Therapist. The 'winner' will be announced at the close of each evening.

3. Join our online Facebook support group - details will be emailed to you.

4. It is suggested that you bring a notebook & pen/laptop/iphone, in addition to your workbook, to each evening session to take notes, should you wish.
