2018 Research Skills Seminar Series | Research Education Program


Grant Applications and Finding Funding | 30 November 2018

Seminar Synopsis:

Are you interested in turning your research idea into a well prepared grant application?

With funding rounds upcoming again, it is never too late to look at general strategies for putting together a high quality grant application. This seminar will provide practical tips on writing applications, grant review processes, and responding to reviewer comments.

Presenter:

Assoc. Professor Sue Skull

A/Prof Sue Skull is based at Perth Children’s Hospital, where she is Deputy Director of the Department of Child Health Research and Head of the Research Education Program. She holds positions as a Consultant Paediatrician and Clinical Associate Professor, UWA Division of Paediatrics and Child Health.

She is actively involved in teaching research methods and enjoys helping others improve and enjoy their research experience.


There are three ways you can attend the seminar:

1. Live Seminar venue at Perth Children's Hospital, PCH Auditorium, Level 5 (MAP)

2. Hosted Video-conference Site at one of the following locations:
