Description

Don’t miss out on this opportunity find out about the Department of Education’s research processes, funding opportunities, and data holdings.

In this presentation, officers from Research Services and Performance, Monitoring and Reporting will provide an overview of the research application process, the new Queensland Education Research Inventory (QERI), the third round of the Education Horizon scheme, and access to departmental data. The team will provide advice on how best to approach the Department to conduct research in schools and other education sites, and how to maximise the impact of your research. They will also explain how to use QERI, provide an update on 2018 Research Priorities and answer queries regarding the Education Horizon research grant scheme. Lastly, the presentation will discuss what departmental data is available for researchers and how best to access that data.
