Plan to meet up with your friends or other family members for a fun yoga practice where you will stretch the body, ignite your imagination and sooth your soul.
Suzanna has been running yoga for kids for 16 years and knows how to accommodate the childish complexities of children's relaxation. Her passion lies in planting seeds to empower young people to be resilient, emotionally balanced and happy, little humans and how to tap into their unlimited potential.
Everyone is welcome and no prior yoga experience is necessary to join the classes.
Bring your family, friends, water bottle, yoga mat, and wear comfortable clothing that you can stretch in.

ReNewYou is a program of free, weekly healthy activity classes to encourage people to get out and enjoy their city centre. There are lots of great public spaces in our city for people to spend time in and the ReNewYou program gives people an extra incentive to get out, be healthy and socialise. As well as helping make our community healthier, the program also adds to the activity and rejuvenation of the city centre.
These are all COVID-Safe events. Participants will need to check in via the Check In CBR app, follow all ACT Health directives and enjoy a safe socially distanced practice in Haig Park.
Please stay at home if you are feeling unwell, or if you have recently travelled to a COVID affected area, or if you have been identified as a close contact of a positive case. Let's keep our community safe!
ReNewYou is proudly presented and funded by City Renewal Authority.
