Description

In a demanding and fast paced society we must be mindful of our own energy and internal dialogue to ensure we thrive as individuals. Come along to my workshop and learn strategies to release fear, anxiety and stress in a supportive environment. The classes will include human behaviour insights, the benefits of meditation and a new meditation each week incorporating different styles for you to try out.
