Join us for a day of enlightenment to challenge your understanding
of what a person-focused model of care and services looks like.

The biggest challenge facing aged care providers and people working in the aged care space is meeting individual consumers living expectations. How to achieve this is explored in this one of a kind interactive workshop delivered over 1 day. Listen to subject matter experts, workshop ideas and issues, and join in with a discussion panel to look at your consumers’ experience with you, your team and your organisation.

Designed for quality managers and directors in aged care, we challenge your understanding of what a person-focused model of care and services looks like.

"Joan 87-year-old consumer lives at Mary Alice and was told on her tour that she would be able to come and go from the home as she wanted. She was thrilled as she belonged to her local bridge club and played bingo at the RSL. Now that she has been told by the staff that she is not able to go to these places without an escort. Despite some short-term memory loss and walks with a frame she has always returned as planned to the home from her visits".

""Oh, My Goodness! So many of our consumers have diverse hobbies and interests they want to continue to engage in. How do I fund this?"

As a manager I have always had nurses lead the care delivery team which is such a medical model but wow I need to revisit the culture of our staff to provide a consumer driven model. How do I do this?”

Tickets are limited. Purchase before their all gone!
