Reiki is a gentle method of hands on energy healing, it's simple to use, easy to learn and a deeply relaxing practice.

* You will receive the 4 attunements into Reiki level 1, an ancient symbol of protection & a certificate on completion.

* You will learn how to Reiki yourself & others, children, pets, plants & food.

* Alongside Reiki, you will also learn simple energy management skills to bring more harmony & awareness into your daily life.

* There will be healing meditations, insights, deeper connection with your higher self and divine experiences.

About Cath

Cath has been a Reiki Teacher / Practitioner for 10 years & has been a registered Nurse for over 20 yrs. Cath loves Energy work & inspiring others to attune to their own healing abilities as well as the universal energies available to us all and has also completed a dual Diploma in Holistic Counselling & Complementary Therapies & Spirit of light, Energy Healing Practitioner Training.
