Event description

Description

The Regent Honey Eater tree planting event is back on in 2019! The event will run on 27-28 July 2019 in the Lurg area of northern Victoria. You are invited to sign up to promote biodiversity and habitat for the endangered Regent Honey Eater, enjoy a weekend of camping, and work towards some environmental/project badgework too.

Event details and a map provided to all participants closer to the date. Participants will need to provide transport, camping equipment and self-cater for the weekend – car pooling will be facilitated and a pickup service will be provided from Benalla Station if you wish to come via train. Members under 16 will require qualified Leader supervision for the event.

Any questions or concerns? Contact Gordon Young, Victorian Commissioner for the Environment at sc.environment@scoutsvictoria.com.au
