Do you want to grow your allied health practice which has been setup for two years and employ a minimum of two practitioners?

About this event

These three workshops are designed to help you get back control of your allied health business.

Learn how the best practice owners work only 3-4 days per week, whilst earning 2-3 times the income they did when they were simply a practitioner.

Three Sessions : September 14, October 12, November 9, 2022

First Session - September 14 : Grow your team whilst other clinics shrink

The pending shortage of Allied Health practitioners in Australia is real. And right now, there are approximately two businesses looking to hire, for every one practitioner who is looking for a job. Can you imagine if you had a constant supply of good candidates whenever you needed to grow your Team?

Learn proven strategies that make recruiting quality practitioners easy - instead of scrambling to find enough practitioners like so many other clinics.

Second Session - October 12 : Why do my staff keep disappointing me?

There are two common reasons why staff consistently disappoint practice owners – find out what they are and how to stop the cycle. Also learn how to go from being a practitioner who happens to own a business, to a CEO who leads their people to perform at their very best.

Third Session - November 9 : Fill your practitioners’ calendars within 4 weeks

Most practices have either stagnated with the number of new patient enquiries, or they’re getting really inconsistent results from their marketing. Meaning that clinicians are super busy one month and have near empty calendars the next. Find out what causes this scenario, and how to boost the number of enquiries so your practitioners’ calendars are consistently at 80%+ of capacity.

This training program is aimed for those business owners who have been operating your their practice for a minimum of two years and employ at least two practitioners.

It is expected that participants attend all the 3 sessions.
