This session on reflective practice will focus on the activity of Group Reflective Practice.

About this event

Reflective practice is becoming increasingly valuable in people-centred services to improve practice and overall outcomes. This interactive session will assist participants in understanding the definition and purpose of reflective practice and the practical application in their ministry, through the use of engaging activities and case studies. This session aims to equip participants with knowledge and experiences of reflective practice activities.

Learning Objectives

  • To develop knowledge of reflective practice activities
  • Understand and identify the benefits to service users, workers and providers
  • Consider the needs and safety of participants in reflective practice groups
  • To experience group reflective practice by participating in an online group reflective practice activity

This session is suited to Clergy and Religious and for Church personnel responsible for ensuring NCSS 5.5.3 is implemented.
