Reflection in Action
Are you looking for some new ways to dig a little deeper in your reflective practice and in your conversations with other teachers and educators? This session will provide you with new ideas and strategies to trigger and extend your own processes of reflection. The ideas explored will also support Educational Leaders and others looking to lead their team in some small or whole group reflective conversations.
You will be introduced to a range of practical tools including a new Reflection in Action resource and inspired to think about how you can utilise these in your setting!
Participants will have an opportunity to
- Increase their understanding of critical reflection
- Explore strategies and tools to enhance reflective practice
- Explore the art of professional conversation using the Reflection in Action resource
