11.10 Bernard de Broglio, from Mosman Council Bernard returns to talk about the exciting new developments of how Mosman Council is using web 2.0 tools including Flickr and Twitter.

11.40 Ref-ex wiki - what is it, how it is update, how is it being used? Cathy Johnston from Clarence Regional Library will show you this exciting reference training tool.
