This tour provides an informative behind-the-scenes look at EMRC's waste diversion programs, the Landfill Gas & Power Station site, the tip face and FOGO processing area. After the site tour, participants are invited to visit Red Hill's Environmental Education Centre for a light morning tea and a look at our waste education activities before returning to Bassendean.

Tours are suitable for both adults and children. Residents from the Town of Bassendean are encouraged to attend as they have recently introduced the new 3-bin FOGO system, which is processed at the site.

Tours departing from other Councils are being organised for next year.
