Recruit and Retain Volunteers (1-day course)
Do you have a 5-star approach to attracting and keeping volunteers? Just like major companies strive to be an employer of choice, so too should volunteer-involving organisations.
That’s because effective recruitment and retention of staff and volunteers makes people and organisations more productive, stable, and happier.
Join Penny York as she presents this one day workshop with techniques to help recruit and retain volunteers.
Topics to be covered in the workshop include:
- Are you ready to recruit?
- How/where do you find a perfect match?
- Policies and Procedures to support your efforts
- Tips, tools, techniques for interview selection
- Support, rewards and motivation
- Volunteer engagement
- National Standards supporting your work.
Refresh and review your recruitment practices with Penny York and explore the concepts of engagement.
