Council is currently establishing Community Recovery Committees (CRCs) throughout the Shire. The primary purpose of each CRC is to develop recovery priorities for each town.

Each CRC is supported by a Local Area Recovery Officer (LARO) who is employed by Towong Shire Council and funded by Bushfire Recovery Victoria.

Council is keen to establish a CRC in Tallangatta. This information session will provide residents with the opportunity to learn more about CRCs and how they can contribute and/or get involved.
