Event description

Description

Research shows that community trust in organisations is falling rapidly. Social license to operate is now a live question for many corporates, not-for-profits and Government entities. In this seminar, we put the case that measuring and reporting on key stakeholder relationships can diagnose the cause of the trust issues, and revive and reinvigorate the heart of every organisation - relational capital.

Speakers:

  • Chaired by Lindsay Tanner, special advisor at Lazard, President of Essendon Football Club, former Minister for Finance
  • Dr Michael Schluter CBE, Chair of Relational Analytics and Relational Research, author of The Relational Lens, The Relational Manager and the R Factor
  • Michelle Crawford, CEO of Concern Australia, Director of First Nations Foundation, former Deputy CEO of Good Shepherd Microfinance
  • Hadyn Bernau, CEO of Cause Way

Michael Schluter’s new book will be available for purchase at the event, entitled “The Relational Lens”, published by Cambridge University Press
