Rebirthing Breathwork and Sound Healing

An introspective Breathwork journey combined with the sacred and healing sounds of the handpan, Yidaki and Native American flute.

A guided movement practice will create the space for a conscious Rebirthing breath. When you breathe in this way, you allow the intelligence of the body to take over, to shift stagnant energy that is no longer serving you. This medicine is subtle and at the same time profound.

Afterwards we will integrate by sharing in song. There will also be chai and space to connect with others.
