Event description

Description

Are YOU interested in tapping into your natural ability to deal with and bounce back from the challenges and changes life throws at us? Are you personally or professionally helping others who are going through a tough time? If so this 2 day interactive workshop is for you! There is a growing body of professionals in disciplines as diverse as psychology, psychiatry, business, education, social work, sport and across the spectrum of human endeavour who are transforming lives for the better by sharing a health based approach. This approach explains that every single human being resides in mental health and as such can return to balance, clarity and well-being with ease. This default setting within us is what has got us to where we are today and understanding how to access this more frequently is a game changer. This fresh perspective is based around a simple, scientific and logical description of the human experience and condition. It focuses on what creates behaviour rather than on the behaviour itself. As a result of attending this workshop you will: • Discover your inner confidence, motivation and productivity • Respond to your thoughts, feelings and emotions intelligently • Be able to remain optimistic – without being naïve and ignoring what is going on • Feel more whole, resilient, and connect more deeply with others • See why it is possible to be more “philosophical” about life and take things less personally • Respond to knockbacks, stress, worry and burnout in a much more balanced way • Be able to tap in to your creative side more often
