Overview

Protecting international students mental health and wellbeing starts with a conversation.

The headspace University Support Program is hosting a short, practical workshop on supporting staff have relevant, safe and supportive conversations with international students who are experiencing mental health difficulties. We welcome any staff member of any Australian university, regardless of your role.

The University Support Program is funded by the Australian Government to provide mental health and suicide postvention guidance to all Australian universities and their staff at no cost.   • The unique needs of international students​
  • Cumulative stress factors ​
  • Protective factors and resilience ​
  • Real Talk NIP it in the Bud framework refresher

This session will be delivered by a webinar online and will not be recorded.
