The workshop features 3 speakers, each with expertise in specific skills you will need to achieve sustained and manageable business growth.

Building a Value Proposition with real market potential

As the manager of the Innovation Hub and a Mentor in Lean StartUp, Tony works daily with business start ups to help them to accelerate their growth. He will provide advice on how to identify new business ideas with real market potential and work with you interactively to build your own Value Proposition Canvas.

Melanie Zander:

Creating an actionable 1-page Business Plan

Owner and founder of MJA Business Solutions, Mel has been working with business owners for over a decade and is passionate about helping Coffs Coast businesses to grow and thrive. She provides easy to follow templates to help you pull together a clear, actionable 1-page business plan to move your business and ideas forward.

Marilyn Brien:

Communicating ideas and inititiatives to customers and employees

For almost two decades Marilyn and her team have been developing Coffs Coast business owners and their teams in best practice leadership and management skills. In a fun and interactive session she will help you to understand different communication styles and how to adapt your own style to communicate better with others.
