Mentoring Men have partnered with Lifeline Macarthur to provide a free 2 hour short course for men.

This course aims to raise awareness and help you understand:

• What is stress and depression?
• What do I need to know about suicide? What can I do?
• Self-care and safety

When: Tuesday, June 28th

Time: 2:30pm - 4pm
