Event description

Description

R&D is the core to strategic global growth and if you struggle to commit the financial or human resources to R&D, here’s a solution.

To enhance your R&D capability, the Entrepreneurs’ Programme is providing a free workshop targeted at growing businesses.

Compared with non-innovative businesses, innovative businesses have reported:

  • 3 times more jobs/positions

  • 1.4 times more income from sales of goods and services

  • 1.4 times higher profitability

  • 2 times higher productivity

  • 4 times higher range of goods and services offered

This workshop will:

Examine commercial structures for R&D and identify the best strategic fit for research in domestic and international joint ventures.

  • Review IP and commercial rights strategies when engaging with a PRO.

  • Provide an opportunity to hear about companies working collaboratively with research organisations.

  • Provide an update from AusIndustry on the R&D Tax Incentive and the benefit potentially available to SMEs.

“On average, every $1 invested in innovation returns $2 in sales”
