IMPORTANT NOTE: Ticket buyers must complete individual contact details and provide all requested contact information for all tickets purchased including for children. The Barcaldine Racing Club requires this information to meet our COVID19 protocols. You will not be able to proceed with ticket purchases unless all details and contact information is provided.

Things will look at little defferent with COVID19 safety regulations in place but we appreciate your cooperation to ensure a great day of Racing!

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

GENERAL INFORMATION

• You must register via Eventbrite to secure your ticket.
• All persons entering the course will be temperature tested on arrival.
• Trainers, Staff and Core Personnel do not need to purchase tickets. Racing Industry Licences to be presented. You will be temperature tested and marked off the list on arrival.
• All guests entering the racecourse must submit their personal details (names and contact details) via the Eventbrite registration. Failure to provide all contact information may result in your ticket being cancelled by the Barcaldine Racing Club.
• Hand Sanitiser stations will be set up throughout the venue, we stongly encourage you sanitise your hands regularly.
• TAB & Bookmakers will be operating
• All Patrons must adhere to any directives given by on-course Security Personnel and/or Barcaldine Racing Club Officials or be asked to leave.
• Anyone who presents with a temperature of 37.5 degrees celsius and above will be refused entry.
• DO NOT attend the event if you are feeling unwell, have COVID19 symptoms, or if you or anyone you have been in contact with have been in a COVID19 Declared Hotspot in the past 14 days.

SEATING & HOSPITALITY

• Existing seating has been modified to support social distancing, it is asked that you respect social distancing of 1.5m between guests at all times.
• Tables, chairs and surfaces will be regularly sanitised

• Packaged Canteen menu only - no hospitality packages availalbe.
• Smokers: No smoking permitted in the general patrons area. There is a designated smoking are on course and Security will be monitoring.
