Who is teaching the workshop?
Neil Barnett is a raw food chef, teacher and founder of Garden to Gourmet.
He trained at Matthew Kenney Culinary in Los Angeles,
taking their Introduction to Raw Cuisine and Advanced Raw Cuisine courses.
