Introduction to Wholefood ~ Raw Pantry Basics
This hands-on class introduces the wholefood pantry basics - all made from scratch. Discover fermentation essential for gut health. Explore the use of traditional wholefoods and learn how to seamlessly incorporate these superfoods into meals.
During this class, you will create raw, plant based:
- Seed bread
- Kraut and quick pickles
- Nut butters
$190 Includes all ingredients and lunch
Basics I - Sunday March 19
Basics II - Sunday April 2
Basics I and II utilise different recipes and techniques. You may attend either class or both.
