- Ziran Qigong for Women's Health

We're pleased to announce that we again have the privilege of securing half a day of Master Liu Deming's time to present this workshop on Saturday morning - 14 March 2020

Raising the Phoenix - Qigong for Women's Health is one of many Ziran Qigong forms. Ziran Qigong is a systems of Qigong catering for all levels of fitness and experience. It is founded by Master Liu and he continues to develop and refine the system.

Qigong in general is a holistic practice that works on the wellbeing of body, mind and spirit.


Master Liu Deming


Master Liu Deming is the 5th generation inheritor of the Ziranmen lineage from China. He has over 30 years teaching experience in Qigong, Tai Chi and martial arts across the continents - China, Australia, Europe and Mexico. He is the founder of Ziranmen Kung Fu Academy in Melbourne and Wushu and Tai Chi and Qigong Association of Australia.

Master Liu has a full international teaching schedule and is only in Melbourne for a few weeks each year. So don't miss this opportunity to learn with a true master of his art. There will be oppotunities to continue your learning and practise after this workshop with Master Liu's disciple at Qigong Melbourne.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

This event is for over 18 years old

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There's a public carpark at 5-13 Oxley Rd, Hawthorn at the rear of the Hawthorn Arts Centre, accessible from Kent St or Oxley Road. Street parking also available in the surround. Restrictions apply on both so please observe signs.

The closest train station is Glenferrie Station. There're several public transport options please check Moovitapp.

What can I bring into the event?

An open mind and willingness to learn and explore. Dress in comfortable and layered clothes that allows you to move freely. Meditation cushions, shawls, bottled water, notebook/paper and pen if you'd like to take notes.

What's the refund policy?

Workshop fee minus admin fees is refundable if cancelled more than 7 days before the workshop. No refund if cancelled within 7 days of workshop
