Event description
A heart opening evening of deep connection and sisterhood. An invitation to explore the energetics of the inner feminine.

About this Event

Welcome sisters,

Join us at WeMove Studio in Mullumbimby on Sunday January 31st for an intimate guided gathering for women as we journey together through the themes of self love, sisterhood and sensuality.

As we enter the new year, Radical Women will gently guide you to open your heart and connect more deeply with yourself and other women as we allow ourselves to embody our feminine expressions.

Our workshops intention is to have you leaving feeling empowered and inspired in three areas of a woman's life that has been suppressed, wounded and abandoned.

~~~~~~~
Self Love
~~~~~~~

Most women are living life predominantly dictated by the mind, unaware that our hearts and wombs are our main energy centres. These centres hold our intuitive and authentic guidance that can support us to live in our highest alignment.

We have become so disconnected from the womb and our hearts, living life by the beat of the patriarchal drum and in a a state of survival, fear and worry. Through building a connection with these main energy centres we are coming back into safety in our bodies. We move from a space of surviving to thriving so we can hear our intuition with clarity and be guided by this inner voice that allows for a more creative, powerful and aligned expression of ourselves to reveal itself.

Connecting to your womb is the radical act of self love that every woman needs.

~~~~~~~
Sisterhood
~~~~~~~~

Gathering together is powerful. Sisterhood is important. Women need women! We thrive when we feel a sense of belonging to our communities.

Most of us have sister wounds that impact our relationships and are asking for our attention. We were brought up in a culture that instilled jealousy, competitiveness, distrust, judgment and dishonesty into how we relate with our girlfriends. This in turn has led all of us in some capacity to experience disconnection, loneliness, isolation and feeling misunderstood.

Radical Women gatherings invite women to step out of the mind and into the body as we journey into love and authentic connection with each other. In this space we celebrate ourselves and each other and create a new paradigm of empowerment founded on the values of love, pleasure, compassion, vulnerability, joy and authenticity.

~~~~~~~
Sensuality
~~~~~~~~

Very often we stand in our own way to experience maximum pleasure in life due to our upbringing, conditioning or a sex-negative society.

Women you are worthy of pleasure. You are worthy of experiencing pleasure not only in the bedroom but in every aspect of your life. When you eat a delicious piece of fruit, to when you feel the warm breeze on your back when you go for a barefoot walk on the beach.

It’s time to awaken your sensuality, understand what you desire and feel safe to express it.

Radical Women workshops provide a safe space to shed the people pleasing skin we wear for the world, come into our bodies and find our voices so we can experience all the pleasure we desire.

~~~~~~~~~~
In this journey we will be:
  • Creating a safe space and permission for radical free expression
  • Exploring and uncovering sister wounds
  • Expanding our understanding of intimacy within friendship and sisterhood
  • Practicing vulnerability, authenticity and presence
  • Holding space, being held in space
  • Practicing verbal communication to express boundaries, consent and desires
  • Exploring heart opening practices
  • Enjoying movement and dance
  • Exploring archetypal embodiment practice
  • Connecting to the emotional body
  • Connecting to the womb
  • Connecting with our feminine energy
~~~~~~~~~

This for anyone who:

  • Is in a female body and or who identify as female
  • Desires more connection with themselves and other women
  • Feels they have sister wounds they would like to explore and move through
  • Is interested in self enquiry and expansion

  • Finds it difficult to express themselves vulnerably and authentically
  • Feels disconnected from their feminine side e.g you feel you are always working, tired, meeting deadlines, go go go, disconnected from your body, doing things for everyone else and not yourself

~~~~~~~~~
About the facilitator:
Dani is a feminine embodiment guide, slow living advocate and cyclical living mentor. Living in a self-contained cabin out in the forest in the Northern Rivers, she is on a journey to re-wild and decolonise her mind, body and spirit and is supporting other women in doing so as well. Dani is passionate about pleasure, love, connection and authenticity and uses these themes as the main pillars for her sharings.
Dani is the co-founder of Pollinate, a non-profit that provides holistic mentoring and workshops for teenage girls as they embark on their journey into womanhood. She is the creator of the Radical Women Community, and travels Australia hosting her workshops for people with wombs to support them in coming home to their authentic, aligned and alive selves.
What women have said:
~~~~~~~~

"Dani facilitatedwith so much compassion and dedication. I felt really held by her and also

was given the space to be seen and heard. I felt that the topics were so in alignment and on point with

what was going on in my life at the time. Dani made me feel really comfortable and it was clear that she

has put a lot of love, research and thought into Radical Women. I honestly don’t know if there is anything

I could think of that would need improving!" Jen - Sunshine Coast

"Radical Women will pick you up and spin you around and invite you to rethink how you are doing this dance of being a woman in this world. It touches on history, modern challenges and ways of seeing the world and our experiences. Dani created a safe and nurturing space and I loved meeting all the women and sharing the richness of our womanhood that hadn't been given this value for me before." - Lisa - Byron Bay

"A collective of conscious women showing up to dive deeper into themselves, hold space for others to do the same, and be open to new mindsets and ways of living; all guided by a goddess queen who is dedicating her life to empower, support and teach." - Mary - Gold Coast

"Radical Women is a beautifully thought out program for females to join together and freely discuss all things feminine (including masculinity). It is a safe and supportive space, and with the help of Dani, you can say what you like without fear of judgement. Dani provides a plethora of activities, take-home messages, and tools covering a range of topics. You will be pushed outside your comfort zone but supported throughout the process. " - Nikki - Byron Bay

"Radical Women is an opportunity to enter a space for yourself and other women to reflect and connect. It's a beautiful workshop full of intimate self enquiry and development work. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to ask themselves important and honest questions." - Annabelle- Sydney
