Description

Are you keen to help create the future of Road Safety Education in WA?

If you are a current primary school teacher who has ideas about how road safety education can be improved we want you to be part of this hack!

You’ll be led by an experienced Innovation Coach, learning about design process in a friendly event with like-minded professionals.

We invite current primary school teachers to register to join us at RAC West Perth for a road safety education hackathon!

WHAT IS IT? A hackathon (hack) is a creative problem-solving methodology that sources inspiration from the crowd. You’ll work in a team to come up with solutions to a series of problems or challenges. An Innovation Coach will lead the group through design thinking concepts to solve problems around road safety education.

WHY ARE WE DOING THIS? RAC Community Education work in partnership with the Network Teach Road Safety Team to provide free road safety education to primary school students in WA. To help us continue to improve our current road safety education offering we are running this event to work together to innovate, inspire and develop ideas that will improve road safety education for primary school students.

WHAT DO I GET? Each attendee will receive a $50 gift card plus morning tea and time to network on the day.

Spaces are limited, so please register your interest asap!
