Event description

Description

We would like to warmly welcome you to this professional networking event. This invite is extended to GPs, psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, specialist doctors, all allied health, youth workers and organisations directly involved in mental health services.

In light of recent reports suggesting health professionals are not likely to seek help because of professional consequence for doing so. We would like to get together on

R U OK Day and discuss some important keys to sustaining a happy and long career.

Our speakers are specialised in the area of mental health and will shed light on recognising the signs of burnout and vicarious trauma. It is time to continue the discussion of looking after our own mental health as well as that of our clients.

We strongly believe that building connections and sense of community goes a long way to supporting both ourselves as health professionals and our clients.
