Resilience and spiritually are considered to be important and meaningful concepts that involve many aspects of daily life, whether in relationships, study, work, sickness, health and in our environment. The presenters will each share their own unique expertise and insights.

Speaker - IMAM DR. ASLAM HUSSAIN
Aslam is an Islamic scholar who combines theological studies from prestigious religious institutions as well as medical professional training and psychological learning from leading secular Western Universities. He has been involved with youth across Australia for over 25 years in spiritual, social and recreational fields and enjoys seeing spirituality facilitate practical difference in our daily lives.
Speaker - PETER JANETZKI
Peter is an alumnus of QUT with a Post-Grad. Diploma in Social Sciences (Counselling, 1995) and Master of Social Sciences (Counselling, 1999). He then focused on a counselling private practice. He tackles a broad spectrum of issues with adults and adolescents with the aim of empowering them to reach their potential. His passion is Relationships and Personal Development Counselling, and he conducts numerous courses and seminars on topics ranging from professional development, team building, relationship growth, marriage and sexuality to parenting.
MC - PROFESSOR RICHARD BROWN
Richard is a Professor in the Science and Engineering Faculty at QUT, Director of the Biofuel Engine Research Facility and leader of the Environmental Fluid Mechanics Group. Richard combines his academic work with an active spiritual awareness which started at a young age.
