Queensland Garden Expo will be operated in accordance with Queensland Government and Queensland Health regulations pertaining to the COVID-19 pandemic and its status at the time of the event.

FAQs

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Parking is available in the Expo grounds at $8.00 per car (space permitting). There is also other parking available in the streets around the Nambour Showgrounds, at the Nambour Primary School and in other designated areas as advertised. A free shuttle bus also runs daily from the Nambour Station to the Expo and return. 

Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child?

No, please be sure to check in all attendees via the Check in Qld app.

When will the Early Bird price end ?

The Early Bird price will end on April 14, 2022.

What's the refund policy?

Refunds are available up to 24 hours prior to the event proceeding at 8am Friday 8th July 2022.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? 

You can either present your printed ticket at the gate or show your tickets on your smartphone. 

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes, however please ensure that every attendee checks in with the Check in Qld app.

Can I bring my dog?

Unfortunately no, the Queensland Garden Expo has a no dogs policy.

What days can I use the 2 Day Pass?

This ticket can be ONLY be used on Saturday and Sunday. If you arrive on Friday with a 2 Day Pass you will be required to purchase a Friday ticket.

Is this event COVID-Safe?

Yes, Queensland Garden Expo has a Covid Safe Event Plan approved by Queensland Health.

To ensure public safety, several COVID-Safe measures will be in place during the event. These measures are as per the Queensland Government’s COVID-Safe Events Framework and Checklist.

Patrons must not attend if they have COVID-19 related symptoms, have been in close contact with a person who is COVID-19 positive, have travelled overseas or to a COVID-19 hotspot in the past 14 days or are COVID-19 positive.

Patrons must abide by social distancing, health protocols and always follow the instructions of venue staff.
