Join Dr. Trent for a one hour guided meditation

About this Event

If you are brand new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, I invite you to join us for our free evening quantum healing meditation.

Meditation has changed my life both internally and externally and has had such a profound impact that my wife Jill and I decided to change and rebrand our entire business to incorporate it as one of our primary purposes so more people could experience the benefits.

So what is meditation all about?

Meditation is simply focused attention, there is nothing complicated or esoteric about it. As humans we tend to want to complicate things (normally out of ego). Meditation has been one of those things that has been shrouded in obscurity and thus the teaching of mediation has been kept with and been taught to only a few select groups or people in certain spiritual or religious schools. Not anymore. Meditation has no intrinsic power in and of itself.

In this evening meditation I will guide you through an extremely simple relaxing and healing meditation that you can then incorporate into your own life anytime, any place.

We will be utilising specific breathing techniques and sound frequencies to help focus the brain waves into a certain pattern to tap into the bodies innate healing wisdom that you were born with and from.

The power that made the body heals the body and that power is what we will be meditating on and in and focusing our attention towards.

Utilising a range of eastern and western spiritual traditions and the latest science over an hour long journey you will feel more revitalised and connected to yourself, divinity and your fellow human.

Simply come along, no meditation experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga matt, pillow or bolster and some water.

If you feel compelled to bring a gold coin donation, we will donate on your behalf to Oz Harvest.
