QPRC Tourism Plan - Queanbeyan Community Consultation

Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council is developing a unifying vision for tourism in the region and you are invited to participate. Community Consultation workshops will be held in Queanbeyan, Bungendore and Braidwood where you can contribute your ideas and aspirations on how our destination can be more attractive to target markets, facilitate an increase in visitor numbers and grow the contribution to the visitor economy in the region.

The Tourism Plan will identify strategies in an action plan that will provide clear guidance on priorities in the short, medium and long term regarding such things as visitor services, target marketing, experience and product development, destination development, packaging and tourism partnership opportunities. The consultants Destination Marketing Store (DMS) have been engaged to develop the Tourism Plan facilitate the community consultation.
