Property Club – No Tenant No Problem – 10 Years offered for EOI’s on the day.

A bit different from our traditional bus tours, we will be driving and riding in cars to each property at a scheduled time.

We will be meeting at Brisbane Head Office, 8/107 Miles Platting Road, Eight Miles Plains at 8.45 am for a 9.00 am getaway (COVID restrictions will apply). Best to meet at Zillmere and we will go in a convoy; however, you are welcome to meet us at any or all of the properties (let us know if you would like this option).

We have arranged exclusive inspections for you with our Top Builders. You will get to walk through a "Rooming Home” as well as an SDA Homes and Dual Living/Income properties. You will be able to understand the concepts and what makes these properties Cashflow Positive. You will also see the quality and effectiveness of the builders work. There will be house and land packages that will be on offer on the day.

We will be finishing at around 2.30 pm. Suggest BYO snacks, water and lunch; however, we will find a cafe along the way for a coffee and lunch if you need.
