Join us for a free, 2-hour online Stepping Forward workshop designed for families and friends supporting someone who is using alcohol or other drugs.
This session will focus on:

Boundaries are essential for protecting your wellbeing — but they’re not always easy to set or maintain. In this practical and supportive session, we’ll explore:
🔹 Why boundaries matter – and why they can feel so difficult
🔹 Strategies to set clear, effective boundaries
🔹 How to negotiate boundaries in relationships
🔹 What to do when a boundary is broken
🔹 Tips for communicating your boundaries with care and confidence
Stepping Forward is free education for families and friends, delivering practical information and tools to help you support someone who is using alcohol and other drugs. Each session aims to increase your confidence and competence by offering:
