FREE education session for families and friends, delivering information to those supporting someone using alcohol and other drugs.

Is someone in your family or a friend using alcohol and/or other drugs? Are you looking for practical, down-to-earth support and information?

Join us for a free, 2-hour Stepping Forward workshop, designed especially for families and friends impacted by someone’s substance use.

In a safe and supportive space, connect with others who are facing similar challenges. This session will explore:

🔹 Setting Workable Boundaries

  • Strategies on how to set effective boundaries
  • Exploring why setting boundaries is difficult
  • Tips on negotiating healthy boundaries
  • What to do when a boundary is broken
  • Discussing ideas on how to communicate when setting boundaries

Presented by Family Drug Support – a national, non-religious, not-for-profit organisation that has been supporting families for over 25 years.

Each Stepping Forward session is practical, informative, and uplifting. Whether this is your first session or you’ve attended before, you’ll walk away with new insights and something meaningful to support you on your journey.
