FREE education session for families and friends, delivering information to those supporting someone using alcohol and drugs.

Are you looking for clear, practical strategies to cope and feel more confident?

Join us for a free, 2-hour online Stepping Forward workshop designed for families and friends supporting someone who is using alcohol or other drugs.

This session will focus on:

🛑 Dealing With Conflict

  • What conflict is and why it happens
  • Understanding conflict in the context of substance use
  • Practical strategies for managing conflict and negotiating
  • Exploring conflict, anger, and healthy responses

Stepping Forward is free education for families and friends, delivering practical information and tools to help you support someone who is using alcohol and other drugs. Each session aims to increase your confidence and competence by offering:

Presented by Family Drug Support – a national, non-religious, not-for-profit organisation that has been supporting families for over 25 years.
