Getting the most out of an ERP involves more than just installing it and because it’s such a big investment, it’s important that you know how to utilise the ERP system to ensure you’re getting all the benefits that it reaps.

In this Masterclass, participants will discuss how they are extracting the most from their ERP.

In his 30 plus years of commercial experience he has helped executives transform their supply chains and leverage investments in ERP & other technical systems to produce high performing organisations. David is a businessman not an IT geek. He has worked in a wide variety if industries such as:

  • discrete & process manufacturing

  • warehousing & distribution,
  • primary industry,
  • oil & gas,
  • construction
  • liquor (where he was a board member of Australia’s largest liquor buying group),
  • telecommunications and
  • Government entities, both state and federal.
