QLD OERt CIWG | Maintaining the Rage
Event Information
Description
OERt CIWG | Maintaining the Rage
Hosted by: To Be Advised
Operational excellence strategies are not short term fixes, but are based over several years of ongoing development. Yet many organisations never make the complete journey, or falter when key employees leave the business.
So what are some of the strategies we can put in place, to ensure that no matter who comes and goes, operational excellence maintains a high focus, and we continue in a business as usual fashion.
This session will raise questions such as:
- What can we put in place from the outset?
- Can structure make a difference?
- How do we choose the right people?
- What processes can assist us?
- How can we re-ignite the flame?
SIRF Roundtables in Queensland currently comprises in excess of 40 progressive organisations that network and share their best practices in a peer to peer learning environment, specialising in Operational Excellence, Supply Chain and Industrial Maintenance.
‘Common Interest Work Group’ (CIWG) events are for technical specialists looking to discuss with peers, specific topics they are working on, in and around their field of excellence.
