Qigong Tai Chi Stick - Introduction

You will learn part one of the set of Qigong exercises using a Tai Chi Stick. It consists of eight forms designed by the Chinese Health Qigong Association. The movements are easy to learn and suitable for all ages. By stimulating particular acupressure points, these exercises promote better flow of Qi throughout the body, especially in the spine region. The also improve coordination, blood flow, flexibility and muscular strength.
