Qigong, which is similar to Tai Chi, is an ancient Chinese moving meditation that promotes feelings of calmness, inner peace & self-awareness. Through the coordinated practice of movement & breath, Qigong can help relieve stress and improve health & vitality. The benefits of Qigong can often be felt straight away. Join experienced Qigong Master Teacher Jay McGough as she leads you through these gentle, flowing movements. By the end of the workshop you will know two Qigong routines that you can continue to practice at home with the help of a 'follow-along' video and comprehensive notes. Workshop runs from 10.30 am. to 4.30 pm. Sat & Sun 20 & 21 Feb at Salamanca Inn. Lunches & refreshments are included.
