Description
We offer 8 sessions (1 hour each) of Qigong & Tai Chi training.
Learn proven techniques of Tai Chi - a gentle revitalising way to exercise the body and relax the mind –
and easy-to-follow routines of Qigong – management of vital energy.
These ancient health methods will help to:
• Improve your muscular strength, coordination, balance and posture
• Boost immune functioning and circulation
• Prevent imbalances and dysfunctions
• Develop a clear, tranquil state of mind
• Reduce stress
Tai Chi and Qigong can be practiced anywhere and are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Training is flexible, can be tailored to the needs of participants and beginners are welcome to join at any time.
