Stacey Holt from Real Estate Excellence will present the day focusing on what every property manager should know about QCAT (the basics) and working the way through to Brilliance.
The session will include the following;
* What is an urgent and non urgent application?
* QCAT Form 2 urgent and non urgent application completions for two of the common scenarios in this industry; rent arrears termination and dispute about bond (vacate).
* The most common sections of the Act that should be cited in the application to QCAT
* Steps that should be taken if a tenant makes an application
* Time frames and the law for QCAT application
* Preparing for QCAT including tips on how to prepare a winning application

Prefer to register via email instead of online?
SAVE $. If you prefer to register via email instead of registering using the online portal, please email the name/s of attendees plus their email adresses to email@example.com. We shall register the attendees for you. The booking fee charged by the online portal will not be charged.
What happens after you register?
When registration is made online, the registration ticket and invoice is sent to the email address provided upon registration. A duplicate invoice from our accounting programme will be emailed to the email address within 24 hours of registration if the payment method chosen is cheque, credit card (not using paypal) or direct deposit. If payment is made by PayPal, an eventbrite invoice is provided as a tax invoice.
Payment methods for training events
Payment methods are direct deposit, cheque or credit card using PayPal online or pay by credit card online via invoice provided by Real Estate Excellence. Real Estate Excellence provide a secure ink with the invoice to pay via credit card without the need to use PayPal.
You do not have to use paypal. Please read below.
If you wish to pay via credit card, paypal can be used OR you can request an online payment via invoice. If you prefer to pay by credit card (not using paypal), direct deposit or cheque, simply click on other payment options when completing the online registration the number of tickets under the correct member or non member ticket type; complete the fields as requested and when complete click on other payment options and proceed from there. If you wish to pay by credit card (not using PayPal), a link to pay securely online via credit card will be provided on the invoice given by Real Estate Excellence.

If the attendee client cancels 7 days or less prior to a training event a 100% of ticket price cancellation fee applies. When more than 7 days notice is given, a 12 month credit voucher with Real Estate Excellence will be provided.

Note that training events are subject to change by Real Estate Excellence and registered attendees will be notified prior via email to the event if this occurs.
Training and Webinar registration is not available for other training organisations and or affiliated organisations and any attendee/s registration application may be cancelled at the discretion of Real Estate Excellence. Please contact Stacey Holt for more information in this regard if required.
