QAIRTC/2 Wing Air Force Cadets Flying Training 40th Anniversary Reunion

Are you a past student, instructor or ground support staff member of the Air Force Cadet Flying School in South-East Queensland? Perhaps you were involved in some other way with the school as a supporter or participant?

It is 40 years since Nev Currey commenced flying training operations at the RAAF Support Unit, Kangaroo Point. Since then literally thousands of young men and women have benefitted from the operations of the flying training school, with many going on to successful careers in both military and commercial operations.

Perhaps it's time to share a beer with the brave soul who sent you first solo?

Come along and join in for a day of catching up with old friends and sharing memories from your time at the school. Your enjoyment on the day will be enhanced by the attendance of familiar faces so please feel free to forward and share this invite with people from your era, or others who you feel would be interested in attending.

Attendance is free and partners are welcome.

The United Service Club is a heritage listed building with the ambience of a traditional Officer's Mess. Drinks and casual meals will be available on the day from the Military Bar on a pay-as-you go basis.
