Putting Together A Simple Resistance Training Program Workshop

Duration: 60-75 minutes

Registration Numbers: Number will be strictly limited to 6 attendees

Osteopath: Jarrod Testa, Osteopath, Exercise Science, Powerlifter

Learning Outcomes:

- Review basic resistance training exercise splits across 3-5 days

- Review major compound exercises and muscle groups they target

- Review accessory exercises to help improve your compound lifts

- Review volume management and basic progression schemes

- Review markers of fatigue and when to implement deloads
