Puppy Yoga is a unique yoga class where participants practice yoga poses while interacting with playful, adorable puppies. It combines the calming effects of yoga with the joy and laughter puppies bring.

Do I need to have previous yoga experience to attend ?

No! Puppy Yoga is for everyone, regardless of your yoga experience. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, our instructors will guide you through the poses in a relaxed, fun environment.

Can I bring my own dog to the class ?

For the safety of both the puppies and our participants, we only allow our specially trained puppies to attend classes.

How many puppies are in each class?

The number of puppies in each class may vary, but we always strive to have at least 6-10 puppies, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for everyone.

A pawsitively delightful 1-hour puppy yoga session: 45 minutes of guided yoga flow designed to increase flexibility and reduce stress, followed by 15 minutes of pure puppy playtime! 🐾
Cuddle up with adorable pups: Enjoy the calming presence of these furry friends as you find your zen.
Comfort is key: Slip into your comfiest activewear because we're about to get our stretch on!
Everything's provided: No need to bring your own yoga mat – we've got you covered!
Mix of breeds: 5 is better than 1! We have 5 or more breeds in every class!

Located in Rhodes. Our Rhodes studio is inside Rhodes Central, Shop 215/6 Walker St, Rhodes NSW 2138.

After you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email shortly with your ticket and exact location details 🐶

All ticket sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, tickets are transferable to another attendee if you can't make it. To transfer your ticket, please contact us at least 48 hours before your session at general@dogasydney.com.au. If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.
