Is Federalism Being Undermined in the Current Surge to ‘Recognise’ Indigenous Australians in (and into) the Commonwealth Constitution?
Professor McMillan is a Wiradjuri man from Trangie, NSW. He is Professor of Law and Deputy Pro Vice Chancellor Indigenous Education and Engagement at RMIT University in Melbourne. Mark was named National NAIDOC Scholar of the year for 2013. His research interests are in the area of human rights and, in particular, the expression and fulfillment of those rights for Indigenous Australians.
