Description
Provide First Aid (formerly Apply First Aid or Senior First Aid) is a comprehensive first aid course suitable for everyday emergency situations. This course is suitable for a senior first aider or person looking to gain skills in managing an unconscious patient, performing CPR, treating burns, wounds and bleeding, assisting someone who is choking, handling medical emergencies such as chest pain, asthma or anaphylaxis, reacting appropriately to someone who is in shock, and treating fractures and head, neck and spinal injuries. A first aid qualification should be renewed every three years. It is recommended that the CPR training is re-certified annually.
Our students are trained by current Paramedics who continue to work in their industries. This gives our students the advantage of learning from health professionals who have current experience in dealing with emergency situations.
