About this Event

Description

With less than five months until the UK is due to leave the EU, a withdrawal agreement is finally in place, however the question of what will happen to the Irish border remains unclear. This semiar will address a number of questions including: How is the issue of Brexit understood on the European continent? What does Brexit signify for Europeans? What implications will Brexit have for the European project? To what extent will it impact EU-Australia relations? This presentation will offer prospects of Brexit from European perspectives.

The seminar will be held 12:30pm-2:00pm on Monday 26th November 2018.

This will be the third of a renewed series on Brexit hosted by the EU Centre in the Global and Social Studies Research Centre, GUSS, RMIT.
